the vaccines do not do that.. that is a bigging fucking piece of propaganda on the net. I am not pushing the "vaccines" but blood clotting is not one of them.. gamma radiation and aging is.

Don't get me wrong, many in the system are trying to do good. And they have done.

LEt me tell you about pace maker implants. The typical uninsured pacemaker implantation surgery is 80K. Medicare insured reduces this to around 20k. The doc makes 3k to 5k on average. Typical day in the Surgical Suite/ Cath lab will see maybe 2 or 3 procedures, but a single doc in the right place at the right time under ideal circumstances may place as many as 10 in one day. Typical electrophysiologist may be in the lab 2 days a week.

Anywhere from 12 to 20k in a week's work for the doc with a much higher potential if pressed/edmande. But the cath lab/ surgical suite is "rented" out by the hospital as much as possible, all day everyday if possible to maximize profits. Lets say the hospital's take is 100k weekly. Big business, for certain.

But lets look at the patient. Statistics show us that for the average diagnosis resulting in implantation, less than 10% of these cases result in any clinical impact/outcome. Said another way, over 90% of pacemakers placed never have ANY clinical impact on the patient outcome. Maybe as high as 95%.

But 100% of these pacemakers have an impact on the patients quality of life and most if not all of that impact is negative. Surgical risks aside, there are changes to lifestyle, discomfort, upkeeps and maintenance, more clinical visits, pain, medications, etc.

I asked the system once if we could not do better in predictive evaluation on the front end of all of this in order to better identify those cases that truly required surgical intervention and implantation versus those cases that would never have ANY clinical impact on patient outcome. The answer I received from multiple sources was maybe... probably even. Then I asked why that line of evaluation/investigation was not pursued. Of course I got various responses, whining, fidgeting, obfuscation, etc. A lot of "its just the way it is" sort of thing,

Perhaps the most honest and direct answer I received came from a hospital admin bureaucrat. His response was this, and I quote: "Because insure (Medicare) will pay for it."

That, in a nut shell, is the auspicious and sanctified medical profession here in the US.

By the time the cardiologist/ electrophysiologist is fully accredited and placing pacemakers, that doc has been through grade school, high school, undergrad school, medical school, residency, and specialist training. Lets say 27 years on average of schooling, the last several, med school and beyond, with long and brutal hours of indoctrination with no pay. In fact the hospitals in the US would go bankrupt without the slave labor or its med students/ residents/ fellows giving up skilled labor at little or no cost to them. Add the average 250k+ out of pocket financial burden of paying for said education. By the time the cardiologist is pulling down their 6fig salary, they are 6 fig in debt to get there... abused and used along the way.

That road, my friends, drives whatever altruistic juice the system required them to have to get into med school, right out of the vast majority of them. I wont go into details, but they ultimately end up in a bureaucratic environment that requires them to be cogs. Free-thinking is VERBOTEN, particularly if it upsets the STATUS QUO applecart, at which is the lifeblood money stream.

At the end of the road, they dont think much about altruism anymore. They just want a life, a paycheck and to be left the F alone.

So why would cardiologists place discomforting and possibly dangerous pacemakers/ procedures knowing that in the vast majority of the cases they see, these devices never have ANY clinical impact on their patients ultimate outcome?

As the bureaucrat told me, "Because (someone) will pay for it."

I know not all docs are bad. I know the services they provide ARE necessary. I know they can reduce pain and suffering. But the system they work within too often in beyond their control or understanding. And with hands tied or eyes closed to understanding the bigger picture, the services they provide are too often misguided, misplaced, and deadly. To the tune of well over a quarter of a million deaths caused annually in the US alone. The second or third leading cause of deaths is iatrogenic.

And to those who do wake up and attempt to change the system for the better, to avoid unnecessary discomfort/ pain/ death for the patient, woe be unto them if what they may propose/ believe goes against the all mighty system and its current beliefs or controls.

Something else I was told by an administer. "Do it our way or we will destroy you and your career." To which I replied, "Ill save you the trouble. I quit."
