Yep. Brilliant analysis. This idiocy is why I ran screaming from healthcare/ medicine. 25 years of education, research, and clinical training/practice down the proverbial drain because I refused to get along to go along. Just couldn't live with my conscience.

Like everything else, US healthcare, the educational system, the practices, the administration, the advisory boards, journals, all of it is operating under a "captured" system. Its weaponized against the interest of the populace it pro ports to support and protect. Books will be written about how this could possibly happen, just like they were after Hitler fell.

People are sheep. The accredited and most educated in the system probably the most so. They believe the kool-aid they drink makes them intellectually superior to those of us who raise challenges to these captured systems. The money, the power, the social praise, the bubble in which they live only substantiates their believes.
