I don't think kneeling on someone for over 8 minutes is a good thing, but toxicology is clear and the vids are clear when viewed from all angles.

I would say the officers were guilty of negligent homicide based on the fact they didn't address the guys medical issue once he spoke about it which resulted in his death.

Murder is overcharging but a jury can do what they want if they feel the officer had intent to kill him.

The way in which Carlson short-circuits, laughs manically, and cuts off a guest who doesn't follow the party line on Chauvin (don't talk about what he did, but how unfairly he has been treated) is pretty telling.

I can see all the smart cops submitting their resumes to small towns looking to flee the cities cause the big cities will be too short manned and backup may never come if requested. The result will be areas that still uphold the constitution getting a well armed militia, courts will be moved out of major cities, voting will be moved out of major cities due to safety concerns for citizens, firearm and munition manufacturing will be moved out of major cities, ect. Basically the country side is gonna remain free and the cities will temporarily be run by war/drug lords. And when they wonder too far from the city looking for resources after they've plundered everything inside those major cities is when you're gonna see shit get real.
