And with proper training a male police officer should be able to disarm a 16 year old girl carrying a knife with his muscle and baton. But instead he immediately unloads his gun with the intention to kill. Lack of training and zero tolerance from police. Aoc is right on this one this murder plain and simple. The officer can tell the victim's family their 16 year old girl was too powerdul to disarm so he had to unload his gun and shoot like 4 or 5 times just to be sure he killed her in cold blood.
