Astral travel Does help with the 3rd eye opening! Yes Clairvoyant! seeing colors. energies. (aura)

because When you close your eyes. see through eyelid. or turn off all the lights while doing it. The longer you are exposed to total darkness. you will start to see Colors/energies.

i read somewhere or maybe it was a youtube video. that special Soldiers train to become clairvoyant by exposing themselves to total darkness. building up their seeing colors thing.

Astral travel also does this for you. turn off all the lights or closed eye. while doing this.

He teaches you how to see auras (energies). and then you're able to see spirits everywhere!





And i do not rubb my hands for 5mins like he says! no need! You can just See the dim aura if you stare at your arms or fingers long enough. Your eyes tend to create smoke clouds and faint blue purplish colors. if u stare at the whole space. and not blink. this can block out the lightbulbs.

The best part of practicing it was after falling asleep, 4 hrs of sleep felt like you got 10hrs. Like the efficiency of the sleep cycle was dialed up to 11.

i did this once and got freaked out, never tried it again. its real for the non believers.

Some are just born with the ability.

When a relative dies I have at times accompanied them on their trip to the homes of other family members, rocketed up with them to the heavens, and then fell for an eternity back to Earth.

Yeah people tell you to do it before you go to bed just as you go to sleep. and do it After you wake up. But The problem with those two things is... i get too tired and end up falling asleep during the Night.

and Upon awakening i find that i do not want to lay there for another 2-3 hours for the Astral projection exercise. i feel like i wanna get up . i feel if i lay there any longer it would be torture. and will get me nowhere deeper. So Before and After sleep dont work well with me.

i just do it during the late afternoon or 5pm

I’m pretty sure I accomplished this the first time I tried meditation.

But the tunnel freaked me out and I snapped out of it.

Had no clue what I was seeing.

But seeing a tunnel had me thinking I was about to die lol!

Haven’t been able to get that deep into meditation since then.

Maybe when the kids are back in school and I have the house to myself, I can deeply relax and try again.

It took me good while of time before I could be in a laying down position, relaxed and not end up falling asleep. And once that bridge was crossed I didn't even have to try before bed, it just went into automatic mode or something.

Yea I can only project, not actually travel because of the properties of my soul. It’s just too big to get back in if I leave, so I don’t. It was damn near impossible to get into a body in the first place. I can project really good and it’s easy for me though, so pretty much the same except I don’t have to worry about my cord being cut.

I was able to do it when I was younger. I felt something follow me back and creeped me the fuck out. Hard to explain but I would visualize ahh shit, balls lol na like spheres. The sun, moon etc. I could leave my body then I would go back in after doing this like a yo yo for lil. I would go out and stay there for awhile. Like I said though something followed me back and I was petrified in bed. It was in my room, not sure what but scarred me enough not to do it anymore.

Easiest way to astral travel is just to close your eyes focus on your breathing going slower and slower until you lose sensation of your body, then imagine a stairway climbing up it, when you hear or feel the woosh youve been ejected from the body just be sure to imagine a silver cord tied to you waist. Its A better idea to travel during the day but you willl get exhausted quickly so it cant be for long, ts safer as the powers of impurity and astral parasite are less likely to attack you, its a bad idea at night unless you can fight off astral parasites you expose yourself to danger

Astral Travel is a soul gift. Not everyone can or should develop it, though 100% behind soul gifts, its not taboo. But its a peak behind the veil and its earned in past lives or a part of your soul journey/mission. Some people can do this all their lives, or develop it. Its worth trying. But you have help from the Good Family when you do this, and sometimes you have your Guides refusing to let you, because its not part of what's needed at that time. Often this is night time while sleeping, its the aware/awake kind that I mean. We all leave our bodies at night, we don't stay in suspended animated form with heart slowed down, sorting and counting that the brain does during sleeping. When I was sick one day got stuck in that sorting and counting mode, and it was a nightmare.

The actual gift in life is in daily living, trying to solve problems for yourself and especially your loved ones, and trying to rise above them.

Though this is a really good thread. Good topic. Just adding what I know without diminishing any of these responses. Some really gifted individuals are posting on this forum. And thank you, so appreciated.
