Didn't think much of it till my first encounter with a reptilian figure, creepy thing resembled Reptile from MK:DA, attempting to abduct a family member of mine during an astral experience. And that was when I learned to control my flight.

Learn your dream signs. Mine are flashing digital clocks, enormous fists and can jump very high really fast but a slow-mo descent. Slow-mo use to piss me off cause i felt vulnerable. Now it's a sign to fly and explore!

I have had only a handful experiences doing this, all accidental. At one point in my life, every time I fell asleep on my back the process would start (buzzing, etc...) sometimes start, and I would do everything in my ability to stop it.

Lately, I try not being hesitant anymore but never have success.

I have had success lucid dreaming 4X in the last year, which is a trip, but I always do stupid things and wake up.

Lucid dreaming is like astral lite, just not the same thing.

Or maybe she just has abilities you don't have.

Maybe same maybe not, for me its a case of close enough is good enough. Any level of consciousness reached that is at the least free from the constraints of 3d space perception has some benefit.

Like Louis, I've done it as long as I can remember.

My earliest memories of it is playing with my grandfathers who died in '56 and '65...long before I was born.

As a kid I would float around at night involuntarily. I could write a large book on my experiences. When I was born something went awry with the block they were supposed to put on me. The memory block everyone is supposed to get.

I clearly remember having full adult cognizance as an infant. I remember thinking man I’m back here again in a shitty diaper. Lol.

The OBE’s faded for a few years as I chased girls and partied at the beach. But during college I got back into it, this time voluntarily.

I started meditating. It didn’t take long and I sat up from a nap one afternoon and looked back at my body sound asleep on the couch.

It’s hard to explain, but once you do it, you remember the method. You only need a technique to achieve your first couple obe’s. Then it’s like a switch you throw.

My favorite thing to do is remote view. It’s like God’s IMAX cinematic flight movie anytime you want. I fly over any landscape I want.

Astral projection needs to be permitted though. If you aren’t ready or your intentions are right then you will be blocked. And most of the time your journey will be guided. Astral projection is not a toy for you to play with. There’s work you are expected to do.

It’s also not something you can explain to 3 dimensional thinkers. Achieving astral projection is like winning the mega lottery but you can’t share any money. People can never understand it unless they do it for themselves.

Astral projection, remote viewing, psychic abilities, seeing auras, telling the future, remembering past and future lives, seeing aliens, etc etc, are all part of the same phenomenon which is simply breaking the restraints of the physical meat suit you currently occupy.

For those who want to start however, the most important and powerful step you can take is simply keeping a disciplined dream journal. Be advised though it can take over your life and upset your balance. Once you can recall numerous dreams a night you’ll realize that this 3rd dimensional “physical” life is the dream. True reality exists in higher dimensions outside of the time lock where we have multiple levels of simultaneous consciousnesses. It becomes truly complicated for our physical brains to process. So don’t be in a rush. Things go more smoothly when you could care less if it happens.

What i hate is no one validates it.

Smoking DMT is like riding on a SpaceX rocket. Doing ayahuasca is like a long cruise in dangerous green waters. Both involve the DMT spirit molecule. It's the stuff of dreams, visions, and perhaps more. I've not experienced classical astral travel as others described it, as far as I know or remember. I'd like to learn this art if it's right for me.

I used it to contact a UFo that flew over the house. I heard it pass via the dogs howling at it. I contacted the occupants into which one visited me in my room for a look to see the human who made contact. I did not see its face, only its arm and hand. it was brown, thin, had four fingers which ended in dark dog like nails, it had no thumb but did have a fingers that worked as a thumb. Never did that again I'll tell you.

It's not all about her

She's okay, but her methods never worked for me. The Phase worked a few times, but it is a pain to set the alarm and try to go back to sleep in the middle of the night.

One thing I can say from personal experience is that NEW actually works, though it is tedious. I'm not a big fan of the author, though.

Yeah, if you show fear, it stops.

It isn't something I have ever deliberately tried, it just happens.

When it does it reveals an entire world of thought, sight, and motion we cannot experience in our bodies.

I don't believe I would ever want to do it of my own will or choice.

OK, you lay on your bed quiet, no interruptions. you breath deeply in through the nose, out through the mouth. as you breath in a rythm, you tell your toes to relax, then your feet to relax. then your ankles to relax, then your calves to relax.

You keep this breathing and relaxing progression right up to the eye brows and fore head. so you are breathing rhythmically. then you remove all thoughts that are not on your breath and relaxed. you become the breath.

then you tell in your mind _ I am lifting out of my body.


you will feel that your body becomes heavy and falls deeper into the bed. your heart may start to excitedly pound, you may sense a fear of the new experience, you may also at the same time feel the top part of yourself get lighter.

that is the start. but if you do same and do not lift out of your body, you can direct your mind out instead to see environments you think of in a focused way, Remote viewing.
