My county has provided laptops to students for close to twenty years. Further North in Richmond, VA they needed to buy laptops for all the students and provide Internet access in their homes. It was just a technology and Internet grab for people that place greater value upon gold chains, gold teeth, and ridiculous vehicles. I would have given them nothing. They don't pay taxes and as far as I am concerned the parents are just part of the 'Gimmie Free Shit" retard squad. I'm not for punishing the children, rather the parents for misplaced values.
