The chances for these "vaccines" to alter the genome are miniscule.

They do, however, alter the immune system. The "mark" is having it primed to attack whatever presents the spike protein specifically.

If they would put a trigger for the "mark" into cells at a later time, these cells likely will get attacked with possibly catastrophic outcome.
That is what makes a booster shot a possible kill shot.

So the trigger could be naturally occuring corona virus types infecting the lungs.
A created virus infecting lungs or other tissue.
A "vaccine" like the new Covid vaccines, could even be in a nasal spray or other medium for as long as it transfects cells and makes them express the spike protein.
