I had a problem with a woman 'office manager' many years ago. She was awful. Hateful, passive aggressive, mean spirited, and vindictive to the Nth degree.

It got so bad I demanded a meeting with her & the owner to discuss the situation..

It's not that they're faking, it's that they're so emotionally weak that they can't tolerate any blame or negativity towards them. They become so emotionally overwhelmed that they can't help but cry at that moment which helps calm them down. Then once they're done crying they go back to being psycho.

Not all women are like this though.
