I have a friend down there and we just spoke 2 weeks ago.

Both he and his family are routinely taking Ivermectin. (pill form down there, because it is over the counter at the druggist).

They are cheering because NOW the ward is empty. They are cheering the Victory, after having had to treat many patients.
It seems a hospital of a small to medium city. Explains the lack of ID. Everybody knows everybody. No need of a badge.
The numbers of cases are falling to numbers like February/ March/2020. At least in my state - RS.
