How to REFUSE The JAB AND KEEP Your JOB!!!!!!!!
To begin, a simple fact - when seeking / discussing / considering any legal advice... CYA... as in C Your Attorney!

With that said, I have researched the topic of employer mandated vaccines thoroughly, and have arrived at what I believe is not only THE BEST OUT, but THE ONLY OUT

While US Law allows the various states a lot of autonomy with their specific state level employment laws, there are special federal statutes that encompass ALL employers in the US, regardless of state of incorporation, principle place of business etc.

The ones we NEED BE MOST aware of relate to statutes overseen by the EEOC.

In the most basic summary these laws specfically prohibit ANY and ALL discrimination based on several protected classes including RELIGION.

These laws trump "right to work state laws" or "at will employment" laws.

The reason employers can and will be firing people who do not comply is because those employees refusing are doing it IN THE WRONG WAY!

Now, can an employer still fire you after sending this letter? Sure? Will they look for reasons to fire you after you send this that may be unrelated to your vaccine status (such as nitpicking work, or makin up conduct violations)? Sure.

BUT

They will KNOW that this letter exists and ANY employment lawyer is going to love you. These are the kinds of cases that have a chance and employers know it. Peace and blessings.

Likewise, if say for instance you have been supplied with a document requesting you to get a vaccine by a certain date, you may want to send this document ON THAT DATE, so that an employer does not have time to "find a totally unrelated reason" of getting rid of you.

Any retaliation after, and because no discipline occurred before, will at-least then be able to be argued was a result of your religious exemption.

It is also important that if you are made aware "we need you take a vaccine" please get so IN WRITING.

Remember legal cases are all about what one can prove. Don't make a scene, don't say anything, just ask for something in writing that you can "keep for your medical records".

If you are going to scan and email this please also send a written copy or deliver a written copy to a supervisor.

A good rule of practice is to hand deliver the document or mail it and then FOLLOW UP with a copy in email stating "Per our (Conversation / Document Sent), attached is a copy of the document I provided you on <DATE>. Thank you."

Lol I suppose some people could go that route, but it IS technically fraud and there already exists laws to protect claiming an exemption. People just are not either brave enough to do so or not doing so in the right ways or both.

Now we need someone to help those of us in Canada faced with this.

My boss emailed today telling us that once we get our vaccine (I've already told them I'm not), that we should email them our record of it so they have it "on file" for "inspections" which she just totally made up. There has been no indication that anyone outside of my workplace is going to be inspecting whether or not we have had the vaccine.

Not to mention, who does she think she is just so nonchalantly requesting my medical records like this? I was really annoyed when I saw this.

Bottom line under US Law the following reasons could be considered religious beliefs and PROTECTED:

"I think it's the mark of the beast."
"I believe God will heal me."
"I believe if God chooses a time for me to die, it is my duty to oblige and be sick and die."

On and on..

The following however ARE NOT PROTECTED:

"I just don't know if it is safe."
"I am trying to have a baby and am worried about possible impacts."
"It is not fully FDA approved."
"I didn't have to have one when I started this job."

Again ALL above are VALID but only SOME are PROTECTED by LAW.

REMEMBER, you are under NO OBLIGATION HOWEVER to disclose, defend, present, or prove to any employer your religious beliefs. You merely stating "I have a religious belief that prevents me" IS MORE than sufficient.

Simply go to your doctor, and state you are alergic to PEG, have the doctor sign a statement stating that your alergy to PEG excludes you from taking the shot, and your employer has much less leanency to try and get you to quit by giving you an alternative that you wont like at all.

I have also decided to declare this vaccine the mark of the beast and not take it.

There is one problem though. There's a case in Oregon or Washington in which a practitioner was still allowed to be fired even though he was using peyote for religious reasons.

I'll look for that case. Tis a tough one to get past.

The employment law that the OP is referring to was established in 1964 and has been enforced thousands of times in the courts over the past 56 years.

Whereas, your assertion is purely theoretical.

Show us the law that you are referring to that states an employer cannot enforce a vaccine policy against someone with an allergy to it. Give the citation and any supporting case law.

You CAN'T.

....because it doesn't exist.

Furthermore, show us a doctor who is willing to forego any allergy testing that would show you are allergic to polyethylene glycol, yet claim you are allergic to it.

You CAN'T.

....because no doctor is going to risk their medical license to falsely claim you have an allergy to PEG.


Finally, show us a doctor willing to put into writing that your UNPROVEN allergy precludes you from taking the covid vaccine.

You CAN'T.

...for the same reasons cited above.


Your assertions have absolutely ZERO basis in reality.

Whereas, what the OP and I have stated in this thread is existing law that has been on the books for 56 years, supported by thousands of legal cases, and one merely has to invoke it for it to be of use.

I'd love to see how this works out since the state and local governments have been shutting down churches.

Remember that in this climate you can claim all you want but if the government demands compliance unless you're a member of the religion of peace, your letter will do no good.

Occupational health and safety laws under which these rules are being used will not get you anything other than assigned the worst possible job in the company where you are isolated - two can play the game my friend.

To begin, a simple fact - when seeking / discussing / considering any legal advice... CYA... as in C Your Attorney!

With that said, I have researched the topic of employer mandated vaccines thoroughly, and have arrived at what I believe is not only THE BEST OUT, but THE ONLY OUT

While US Law allows the various states a lot of autonomy with their specific state level employment laws, there are special federal statutes that encompass ALL employers in the US, regardless of state of incorporation, principle place of business etc.

The ones we NEED BE MOST aware of relate to statutes overseen by the EEOC.

In the most basic summary these laws specfically prohibit ANY and ALL discrimination based on several protected classes including RELIGION.

These laws trump "right to work state laws" or "at will employment" laws.

The reason employers can and will be firing people who do not comply is because those employees refusing are doing it IN THE WRONG WAY!

Now, can an employer still fire you after sending this letter? Sure? Will they look for reasons to fire you after you send this that may be unrelated to your vaccine status (such as nitpicking work, or makin up conduct violations)? Sure.

BUT

They will KNOW that this letter exists and ANY employment lawyer is going to love you. These are the kinds of cases that have a chance and employers know it. Peace and blessings.
