why would that crash all crypto?

In my opinion we will see around a 75% price collapse for BTC and 60% for ETH. Regulations will come later this year that hurt high energy use tokens like BTC and ETH (until they fully roll out Ethereum 2.0) This combination is what pushes them to these levels. In the end the XRPL and the Flare network save BTC from total destruction through their ability to process BTC transactions on their network reducing the energy consumption and allowing it to fit within the new "green" regulations that are coming. all that you said makes sense, but would it hurt other coins? what about the ones that claim to be way more energy efficient? Are they connected or would the smaller coins with better ideas profit from this? or get dragged down? I cannot speak for the whole market but coins that are carbon neutral will not be taxed into history. Companies like Ripple, Cardano, Stellar have been building relationships with financial institutions and governments, they will survive. Tokens that have utility for logistics or data transfer and storage like VET and DGB will survive. Or tokens like BAT that can be used to support content creators directly. They will all suffer from BTC collapsing but when institutional money flows back into crypto in will be into cryptos like I described above. Great info. Thanks!
