the one big difference here vs 2017 and 2013 is this...
cbdc...before it was all speculation of adoption...this time is different because of the move by the imf bis and central banks around the world to issue and use digital money. all of the banks are in pilot programs now for their cbdc coins...that is the game changer. that makes what comes next a utility run and not a speculative run.

I will sell some to achieve a goal but the rest i will wait for the great reset. it never was 2013 or 2017 but it will be 2021
