After the Bullrujn when it hits 5$ will it crash again before the run on crypto dec-jan?

I think it's 3 years of pain for crypto before the next bull run in 2024/2025. It went up quick from dec 2018 from 0.20 to 2 $ and went down quick in couple of days. Problem is I dont know when to sell and to buy
