After the Bullrujn when it hits 5$ will it crash again before the run on crypto dec-jan?

I think it's 3 years of pain for crypto before the next bull run in 2024/2025. It went up quick from dec 2018 from 0.20 to 2 $ and went down quick in couple of days. Problem is I dont know when to sell and to buy Here's what I'm doing. If bitcoin hits 40k in a few days like I think, I'm buying some bitcoin. If it goes below 40k I'm not touching it. (It might only drop to 51k... In which case I'll just wait for xrp to drop from current price). I expect bitcoin to hit 40k soon, then go to 200k. After bitcoin hits 180-200k in July/August I'm swapping into xrp for a few weeks. I will ride xrp to 5 dollars from there. I have also been looking for btc to go to 40. So Is there ever a chance in your opinion for another alt coin to take the top spot because of for instance energy consumption and better technology?
