Perhaps, but the one thing I am adamant about is if XRP prevails in the SEC matter the public sale of it will be immediately halted as part of the settlement.

There is zero chance banks are going to utilize an international settlement system where the instrument of value is subject to valuation as a result of public fueled speculation/manipulation which would cause instability.

Ultimately, this means selling privately held XRP will require going through a FINRA licensed broker/trader representing the banks; most if not all crypto exchanges won't be able to touch it.

Hi Mr. Cheeze. Can you (or others here) share good methods for learning trading, buying/selling strategies, tutorials, etc? This is a weak point for me. I need to learn when to cash out while the bull market is still here.

I know there isn't much time, so I'm probably looking for quick tutorials that I can learn as quickly as possible without making the wrong decisions.

I guess I'm looking for some TA stuff, but also strategies on when to buy and sell based on bear/bull market cycles. Also, how to know which coins to sell, and which stable coins to convert to? For instance, I will probably not touch my XRP because of the Spark/Flare stuff, and also if the case gets settled or if they cut off retail sells, I don't want to be caught out without that. I have other stuff I can sell, but not sure which would be best to sell.

Also, is there any kind of tutorial or learning method to tell when utility will kick in to balance out the bear market? You mention 2025 as the cycle for the next bull market, but do you really think it'll take that many years for utility to kick in for some of these coins (thus driving price up despite the bear market)? For instance, with XRP, iso20022 should be active the end of this year to next year. If banks really jump on board, we could start seeing utility prices for XRP by this year to next year, no? And the same for XLM

So, is there a way to add in utility into these calculations to determine how the dates might change? These kind of things can completely alter ones strategy to be in a coin or cashed out, and which coins to be in.

With utility, could that also change the bear/bull cycle to be more short term? If for instance, some coin (like XRP) gets utility adoption and overtakes BTC, it might also alter the bear cycle and bring a bullish market back early?

I guess I need to learn the basics/fundamentals also. I don't know much about markets, money, finance, options, investing. I need to learn this stuff before the crypto market crashes to cash some things out and to know how much and which to cash out. And then, what to buy and when to buy back in (with utility in mind as well).

To answer your other question? I don't believe utility will ever happen in a way that competes with a speculating bull run.

If utility does happen though you would see it coming in the charts. Utility won't magically shoot up xrp 100$ in your sleep some night. That's what the xrp community feeds you and it's pure hogwash.

So I feel like it will end up dropping to 31,500$ now. It appears to be breaking bearishly through the potential ascending triangle so it appears to be invalidated.

This will now be a potential bullish gartley at 31,500$. Still posting bullish divergences so I have hope that the gartley will follow through upward to 44k.

Guess we'll see right? Gonna be exciting soon. Just not quite yet.

The major order volume distribution is still present as before, although there is a little new volume building at $33k and $32k since July 2.

Will be interesting to see how things change once the holiday weekend is over and the big guys get back to it tomorrow.

Ether for .50 cents im still holding that and the fork from it being hacked. The point is and i posted how to evaluate coins here earlier in the thread with a list. TA should be learned by everyone but its not the end all be all because they miss big growth days. Kind of like i came into hte market and bought the fear in may i sold some .50 ether and bought compound/aave and defi projects i missed out on last couple years because i was more interested in traditional markets after the covid flash. Had i sold compound and aave due to some TA fear that hasnt played out i would have missed how much gains the past two days? Instead i set up a farm where those earn my api while i wait for the sideways bullshit with btc that alt seasons always brings. Dont be owned by fear. Make a plan and stick with it but yes learn both sides of investing. How to fundamentally analyze and how to trade based on TA shorting and longing when necessary. If you buy with a three year outlook and its btc i can tell you from my own history you have 0 to worry about outside a solar flare or emp because its decentralized so shutting it down is not possible unless you want a lot of pissed off sheep with no internet. Although i do see the crash of everything happening because of btcs volatitily it will rebound the fastest because the stock market took three full years to bottom in 1929 and btcs next halvening is scheduled for 2024 and the market always starts to boom a year before to pre price it in but they are always low in this attempt. If you want the cheap code buy fundamentally solid alts in march 2023 you literally cant lose. There is no get rich quick schemes buy gold buy stocks buy crypto it doesnt matter. they all grow as a function of fiat money decreasing in value. hope this helps.
