Paper trading is way different than trading real money because FEAR is involved with your real money trades. Fear is crazy. Fear screws me out of winning trades all the time.

One must master the fear. Learn to live with the fear.

If you are comfortable making a trade it's probably a losing trade. If you are terrified to make a trade... those are the best trades i've ever made.

Emotions are never your friend. Follow a system. Never trust your feels. Your feels will kill you every single time. If you don't have a rock solid technical analysis reason to make a trade... don't. Just wait. Good trades always appear.

Patience is the most important thing. Always wait if you are unsure. Never think "omg what if i miss this trade!"

Yes, paper is not the same as live, but when learning to "drive" it's a lot more forgiving!

Fortunately, it's easy and fairly risk free to trade very small amounts in crypto, so learning with live trades is fairly forgiving too.

I think this is a great idea. Put as little as 100$ in the trading account and trade it on low leverage. Make sure your stop is 1 or 2% as a loss at most. Having real money invested, even if it's a small amount... it forces you to learn from your mistakes. I truly feel a small trade with real money is 100 times better than paper trading with no money.

God this one is scary looking. An old friend told me bitcoin goes to 1000$ this upcoming bear market. For bitcoin to do that the stock market would have to do something bad like this.

All markets are connected because the secret driver for all assets is the us dollar index. If the us dollar causes bitcoin to go to 1,000$... the stock market would have to be utterly decimated. Like the worst crash in stock market history.

I think my original thoughts of coming up until July 25th are happening.

Xrp daily bullish divergence on rsi and macd. Daily divergences are strong. All crypto moves together so if xrp is coming up so is bitcoin and ethereum and all the other shitcoins.

Gone be really exciting. July 25th dump date appears to be the play now.

Always an outlier but if you look at 50 crypto charts at any moment in time, 40 of them are an exact mirror of bitcoin.

seems like the ultimate rug pull to me. hype up BTC for retail investors and then move everything in to a different coin or group of coins.

Bitcoin is not posting daily bullish divergence yet but it is incredibly close. In 7 hours and 44 minutes I'll know if bitcoin is doing bullish divergence and going up.

A few shitcoins I monitor are posting various 4 hour/daily bullish divergences too. On the whole the market looks ripe to come upward now.

Ethereum 2100$ by then. The short of a lifetime. I'll be shorting 2100 eth down to 500$.

Leveraging the ride up is too scary for me right now. I closed my ethereum short at 140% profit just now and I'm waiting for 2100$ to short again. Not getting involved in the ride up.

During the bear market longing is too dangerous most of the time.

That being said, at the daily candle close in 7 hours and 16 minutes... I might put a long in if an asset looks nice.

Basically I'm expecting a 618 retrace to happen again after it just did a 618 retrace. I expect it to form a descending triangle around 2139$. I expect the descending triangle to pop us down to 500$ ethereum.

what i see in there is that the most right corner of the triangles signal pretty much the almost bottom before it shoots up way higher??

also the triangles seem to become smaller/shorter

The measured move is to 500$ eth. From 500$ eth, it is 99% likely to go up a lot (for at least a few weeks). It will do at least a 382 retrace from 500$. A 382 retrace is what I expect as a minimum. So 500$ eth up to 2000$ eth.

Of course maybe it does a 618 retrace from 500$. This would take us to 2905$. I think this is a bit of a hopium target though. 100% possible. But hoping.
