Anonymous Coward User ID: 78511485 Iceland 07/21/2021 10:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Gonna give you guys some hope. Small chance of some bullish activity august 9th as it looks like a few alt coins are going to make a bullflag on that day. We'll see if it even happens or even does anything good. I'm hopeful the bullrun can continue. I am NOT saying it will. It might not do anything. It might only pop up a little. Just saying it's on my radar for august 9th to potentially be something good. It's going to be really shitty across the markets until that time period. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 78511485 Iceland 07/21/2021 10:30 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's kind of funny. i always thought it would be cool to have a thread with lots of discussion inside it but never thought I'd be able to create one with anything anyone cared about. This is my life. It is the only thing I do with my free time. (obviously?) It's my only way to add value to the world. Just glad others find it interesting/helpful. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 78511485 Iceland 07/21/2021 10:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No way were going back to prices from 8 years ago. i fail to see how that is possible :P Quoting: T-Man So you're saying those don't look similar? they do. but not looking at the pics. HOW would that be possible?? the market cap was 6 billion 7 years ago. Coinmarketcap doesnt even go back 8 years lol how, where would all the money go? would everyone (literally everyone!!) just give up on crypto for that to happen? Skimming through the thread I had another thought. Here's how it's possible. Federal government printed 30% of the currency in circulation this year. How much of that went into bitcoin? If they never do that money printing again... do you think more money will go into bitcoin during the next bullrun? If more doesn't go into bitcoin next bullrun it won't go as high. It will stall out at a lower resistance/support level than 65k. This will create a right shoulder. Less buyers involved. You could say the same for the stock market. You could almost say... the federal government was TRYING to cause this event to happen by printing money they way they did. Which i do believe. Because I do believe they want the crash to happen at a certain time. Which they planned to happen. And blame it on coronavirus. China banned crypto exchanges. That's like a billion people who won't buy bitcoin ever again. 90% of china's bitcoin mining rigs are going to be shut down. Maybe all? I don't know. It's almost like all the pieces are coming together... isn't it? On a world scale? |

Does anyone else remember the art installation at the World Trade Center prior to 9-11, which was called "The B Thing"? Some "artists" took over (part of a floor? Most of a floor?) and took out one of the giant windows, and built a cantilevered balcony sticking out of the tower way up high. I think the opening was where the plane hit later? |

This last shut down is just a reminder of who is in control, same with the SEC. China mimics the USA in so many ways...not only with fake products. |

I wasn't missing out on tripling my money. My sleep was awful. So tired but my day is started. Need to go grab a coffee. Geez Cheeze, you've been busy! It's going to take me all night just to read and ponder everything you've been discussing. Nice call on the ETH - glad you did so well! Hopefully others did too. Didn't catch much of it myself, but was happy with the outcome all the same. Unlike you, I have to sleep and my bots are only as smart as the fellow who programs the exit point. :) |

User ID: 80045435 Norway 07/22/2021 12:39 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've posted this chart before a bit further up the thread. It's a very ugly H&S, so not valid from a "purist" technical point of view, but I see it still as a possible pattern that could play out: Quoting: nemo_solus https://imgur.com/a/XLfFDxY I feel like the bitcoin price chart is super scammy right now. It's not very clear what's happening. I feel like the ethereum chart is super transparent and anyone with any T.A. abilities could score very easy trades like crazy. The assets move together. Maybe not exactly but mostly together. In situations like this I am analyzing 20 different charts at the same time. I assess what I think the collective of all of them is and that is how I make my charting assessments. Bitcoin I honestly can't tell what it's doing. It's kind of fucked looking to me. The rest of them are clear as day what's happening. I feel this is by design. The whales are hiding the BTC movements as most people trade BTC religiously and nothing else. I'm happy to trade a shitcoin if bitcoin is super choppy. Bitcoin wasn't making any bullish divergences really over the last day but literally 18 other charts I watch were making multiple bullish divergences on multiple oscillators. This let me know that bitcoin was definitely coming up. Just food for thought. When one situation is cloudy... assess others. Form a group opinion. An interesting observation, certainly something to consider. I wonder if this perception of a "scammy" chart is due to excessive price manipulation to either allow institutions to exit, or maybe to enter the market? I've seen convincing evidence for both cases, so I'm squarely in the undecided camp. These past few months I have only followed BTC as that's the price driver of the whole crypto space. Since I'm currently fixated on coming up with algorithmic trading bots for BTC I've not really been looking elsewhere. Thanks for reminding me there are other cryptos out there. |

Seriously. Someone prove to me I'm crazy for thinking these are identical. Because if I'm right we're in a giant 8 year head and shoulders and we are at the head right now. Which is unfuckingbelievable if i'm right. Hmm, not crazy at all. The markets are full of all sorts of fractal type patterns. I would also want to consider what sort of Fundamentals would possibly allow the timing and magnitude of such a future pattern as well. For the sake of finding a plausible but completely speculative Fundamental reason to support that sort of future, I would say the timing might be reasonable in response to a market crash: Stocks crash, everything goes down including crypto, there is a bounce back (dead cat style or due to govt. stimulus), after a bit everything fails again, but now more completely. After wandering around a bit, after two years the market survivors regroup back into crypto as the conventional markets are fubar and cryptos are the best alternative for all our favorite reasons. As for why the major crash at the end of the right shoulder - could be just about anything: Cryptos don't work out (quantum computing advances), outlawing of anything other than CBDC's, general collapse of society, ELE, Aliens ... Ohwell i guess i will have to wait till things crash again :( which got me thinking, why would i even need to verify where i send my cryptos?? why would i only be allowed to send them to my own wallets ?? its my crypto and if i want to send some to Pool or someone else then i should be allowed to do so. lol oh well. i guess more regulation means wider adaptation wich in the long term should be good for crypto prices. still sucks i couldnt make some easy money before i go on vacation :D from this point i dont feel good leveraging up or down. guess ill just have to wait im glad Cheeze did the Ethereum thing tho, i at least feel like i was correct in wanting to leverage even tho Cheeze first said not to do so and then came back doing it him self :D |

Both kinds. It tested the daily 21 ema. It tested the 4 hour candle close trend line. It just double topped on the hourly chart under the previous structure's bottom support edge.. Lots of variables saying down next. Down 30% is my target. 150% gain at 5x 1300 should pop up to at least 1800 |

The burning of the fees would essentially create a deflationary effect on the second-largest cryptocurrency. Although this could enhance ETH’s chances to become a preferred store of value asset due to the lower supply, it would reduce miners’ profits. |
