Why are Scientists not using SNOW weather for pools and bathing in Third World Nations?

There can be sparkling pools and shower bathing using the SNOW weather and using rain water, mixing snow and rain to make pools and bathing for showers.

This is my idea and I hope to invest in science to make this in the future.

For example, Ohio snow can be collected using trucks, gathered

and snow from Detroit can be gathered into a truck and transported. Ohio and Detroit can both become collected using weather radar monitors for snow and rain , then using the trucks to transport to a specific location.

I lost my inheritance and science was my love, my love for science investment , has went down the drain however, in the future I think third world nations would smile and be happy with their children swimming in pools in the future and I think this is a smart and "good idea" to benefit thos who need it.

I have always want to hire a science laboratory with scientists to invent this idea.

imagine a dry SAND DESERT with a BLUE SWIMMING POOL? is it possible?

my theory is yes and I had a plan to start this, I lost my inheritance FOR SCIENCE INVESTMENT.

I think investing in new science theories with scientists to convert snow and rain water into pools and water bathing showers in the dry sand desert.

A desert could turn into a community center with a blue swimming pool.

I have many theories for science I cant complete because of losing my inheritance ( great shame for scientists looking for employment)
