I know a few places actively trying to hire drivers... these places interview 10-20 people a week... They usually hire on the spot and the drivers don't show up.

It's not just the trucker industry. All over many places are feeling the effects from lack of workers wanting to work.

No one wants to work.

More than likely. The shortages are mainly the low level jobs, most truck drivers are not full of lazy whiny little bitches. If the work is there, they will work.

Planned or not, it's been building up for a long time already. Like 2 years ago I had to pay 10'000USD to organize haulage for one 40" dry container from Minnesota to Florida.

Already back then trucking companies were complaining - no drivers available!

I can only wonder why. Too many regulations nowadays? Too much personal risk for an average salary?

What happened to the truck drivers?

Food and Energy will be brought down to subsidence levels in this country. Meat will be a rarity, you will only have electricity for parts of the day and you will be told this is good for you as you are saving the planet.

You will drive an electric car and you will be allotted 200 miles per week maximum and will either need to telecommute to work or get rid of your car and move to the city to be one of the sardines in the can.

This isnt a conspiracy, this is what is happening. Forget freedom, what is coming down the pipeline is worse then our ancestors had to deal with as serfs. You will be seen as unwanted sacks of meat that would be better off for the planet if you died or at minimum could not reproduce anymore.

You will be disarmed to prevent you from resisting from this future and you will not be able to vote your way out of it. Your vote is controlled, you got away with it once with Trump as they thought their media manipulation was enough to kill his campaign but now they have it completely under wraps. Vote for who ever you want, they will only win the count if they are part of the agenda.
