I was told many years ago that in China only wealthy people can afford to have a dog or a cat.

I'll just plant more trees. They can't argue if I can offset it and prove it scientifically. I take in all the little dogs that people don't think are cute anymore. Currently, there are seven here, and they're not going anywhere. People think of them as something to "donate" when they have issues like fear of thunderstorms, cracked ribs from overbreeding, or like my most recent one, some groomer cut his mouth giving him half a joker grin, so the owner hated him after that.

The youngest was 6 months, and he was afraid of lightning and thunder, so she threw him out of the house for a cold winter and begged me to take him or she said she'd kill him for trying to run inside.

They aren't going anywhere.
