Grow your own food, drive out to farms to buy, farmers markets, whatever you can do to start bypassing food processing plants and so forth, start doing. Go to farms and buy in bulk, can/freeze your own stuff. This is very frightening. They are trying to leave no stone unturned in the quest to mark as many as they can.
