Do they have to just say the "N" in conversation describing a Black person? Be prejudice about another race? Do they have to be more extreme and attack or kill an innocent person of another color because of their race? I'm 55 in Texas and have meet prejudice people and people that use the "N" word, but have never meet a KKK type White Supremacist that I am aware of. But that doesn't mean there arent people who think they are. In my experience the white "supremacists" are the low rent low IQ losers among the whites, certainty not the cream of the crop and certainly not superior to a one eyed three legged coyote.  Nobody is superior. Although many think they are. But it is an innate and inalienable right to "think" as we please.
