Yes. The 'protestors' approached them in a hostile and threatening manner and they were armed. An elderly person is unable to defend themselves with physical force - one punch to the face could prove fatal to an elderly person. Children and elderly are defenseless and the police should have been protecting the public, especially the elderly who are particularly vulnerable. The elderly man had every right to draw his weapon against an armed, hostile mob.

He had every right to shoot that phaggit as far as Im concerned.

right around the corner from my 80 year old parents and yes...the neighborhood I grew up in...its the intersection of Baxter and Bardstown road...considered the original highlands and Irish Hill...crazy crazy...not too long ago a shoot out took place at a barber shop around the corner from wicks pizza...Bardstown road is like melrose ave in CA..busy....lots of shops and lots of outside places to eat..really sad and one reason we moved across country...there is no more louisville...all the business are gone from downtown...the state has just not caught up to the fact that the bread basket of the state (louisville) has no more tax revenue...and all ushered in by the mayor ...he gives them full access to louisvillians...well except for himself...he uses city trucks to block his street and protect himself and his family...
