I've worked with DynCorp on the aviation side on numerous occasions.They are pretty much untouchable. They tend to be Wild West Cowboys that shoot from the hip. Not an endearing quality when it comes to aviation.

L3 and DynCorps regularly practice jamming operations in the Conus and fly MC-12W over US cities listening to phone calls and tracking people.

Kathryn Bolkovac is an American who worked as a UN International Police Force Monitor. Originally hired by the U.S. company DynCorp she went overseas as a UN Human Rights Investigator. Bolkovac disclosed to the public how UN personal and peace keeping officers were participating in sex trafficking. Bolkovac reported it to Senior Management but was bullied, threatened and fired. UN personal enjoy complete immunity in Bosnia and none of the implicated have ever been prosecuted.
