Pat Sweeny, the man who filmed Irish police raiding a church last week has now been raided at home, at three in the morning. Police detained him under the mental health act and told him his children are being taken into care.

Apparently a complaint was made to the police saying the kids might be in danger.

According to Pat's solicitor the police told him the person making the complaint was Pat's mother. But as he states on the video posted here, his mother is dead.

He tells the police it's a malicious complaint and says the police have kidnapped his children. The officer dealing with him sounds like he couldn't care less.
