I see clouds, not contrails. I live near two major international airports, so I can spot the difference. Keep looking though, maybe there is a glaring error. However, also as a video editor, this would be a crazy effect to achieve and would likely take a LOT of time. Even simple AI enhancement rendering can take DAYS, I just don't see how its feasible to do everything he's doing in short time frames of a day, or less. The camera movement is typical of a simple gimble, or built in stabilization of the cameras he's using. Obviously he has a drone as well, so my curiosity is did he have all this stuff with him at the hospital? That bit sticks out big time as a hole in his narrative.

Now, if its a larp, its got to be the best one out there.
