Does he live in Spain?
There is a literal city in Spain that is deserted. They built a city and the economy collapsed and no one moved there so it's literally a newly built ghost town. That's probably where he went. The other added effects of driving cars and other expensive things can be easily done. Dude probably has friends in auto businesses. It's just an elaborate prank and it worked.
He showed a soda can that had 2021 or 2022 expiration date. He debunked himself on that alone.
