He’s in a different frequency.

All Biological beings are on a certain frequency.
They put him on a different one.

All the objects are still 100% as they should be in today’s world.

Because on a different frequency they are being used and utilized by us.

So he’s actually here with us, but on a whole different frequency.

So he cannot see us and we cannot see him.

But he can interfere with objects on this timeline.
