There is no magical pill. Health is more than just one vitamin! do not overdose vitamins!!!!!

No. I even gave 2 references from solid sources to back up what I said. Vitamin D levels are critical. Fact. Restoring D levels is a science that takes many factors into account and there are experts in that particular specialty. Dr. Sircus is one of them. The Mayo clinic has also, to their credit, done alot of solid studies in this regard. Not to mention that vitamin d deficiency is very common and the current recommended daily amount is badly outdated. Barely enough for newborn babies... Dr Fauci even admitted it works. He takes 6000 iu a day but he never shared that detail publicly. Pills at the right dosage is much more convenient than trying to rely on the sun for sure. True. Deficiency is the norm. Fauci is taking the supplemental dose normally recommended as maintenance for those who have "adequate" levels. I would increase that to 10000 and get the level checked regularly. Despite mainstream estimates for D levels, those in MY realm consider the following. 40ng/ml is bare minimum. 50 is moderately adequate. 60 to 80 is bulletproof. testing the blood doesn't tell the whole story. Your body doesn't just pour excess vitamins into the blood. Best way to get vitamin D is to get a little sunshine every day and not be vitamin A toxic.
