Take a vit B-Complex in the morning. Take vit C (1000mg) and Zinc (50m) at lunch with food. Also, you can take half omega 3 (2000mg) that is with D3 (1000mg). Take that other half of the omega 3 with D3 at dinner. You do not need to be taking massive doses of this stuff. Eat good food everyday and try to avoid fast food.
