Their marriage experienced a fatal exception error.
Quoting: Turd Ferguson, Jr. Blue Screen of Death!  Kill the power to the marriage. Make sure the CPU fan isn't choked with dust. Reseat the DRAM. Reboot the marriage in safe mode. Perform clean shutdown. Restart marriage.  Sounds like Bill is just ready to toss the busted old machine and replace it with a newer model. Not sure why billionaire would ever be married.
