Sounds like Bill in trouble criminally, civilly, and legally. He has to unload his assets to his most trusted partner, who is not held liable for anything. And in society, it is perfectly acceptable for a wife t to take 50% or more of the couple's assets. So no one will question anything when she makes out like a bandit.
