There's a lot of esoteric knowledge in those countries, which goes way deeper than CIA toys. At least half the deep state probably hate Gates anyway. The real question is: Why didn't they just stick another clone, actor or double out for PR purposes? They use doubles all the time. It's standard practice. But this is an announced divorce... so... why now? It's weird. Something's up.
