I think it's a scam.

Bill -- as the owner of at least one, possibly several "vaccine" manufacturing companies -- is most likely going to be hit with MASSIVE lawsuits from quite a few countries around the world (India comes to mind), and most of his wealth is going to evaporate virtually overnight.

The scam is that, if he's divorced from his (trans man) "wife" before those suits start coming in from all directions, "she" will be the legal owner of everything that has no connections, whatsoever, to "vaccines", and by law, "her" wealth will be excluded from financial settlements with world's governments.

Bill's most likely already signed a contractual agreement (easy to verify by any competent lawyer) with his "wife" to split whatever "she" manages to save of their joined wealth, after the dust settles.

Watch how that "divorce" goes, follow the money, and I bet that you'll see above scenario unfolding pretty quickly (in a mater of weeks, up to few months).
