Noah was saved from the flood, so was his wife, sons and their wives. If they had not they would have perished in the flood as the rest of the world. Genesis thoroughly records this as does Hebrews 11:7 which explicitly states that his family was saved by the ark.
1 Thess 5 starts out with a discussion on the end times. Verse 9 reminds us that the bride of Christ was not appointed unto the wrath of God. The tribulation is the outpouring of the wrath of God onto the heathen world, not the bride.
Lastly, it isn't about being better than Noah, doing good or bad deeds. It is about finding your justification not in the OT law but in the blood of Jesus. Romans 10:9

the earth was not anywhere as densely populate then as it is now. Since GOD promised never to again destroy Earth by means of water, how would he go about doing the same thing today?
where could all of the Christians and their families that belong to him go? they won't all fit in any building, boat/ark, plane house, etc....
Christians were warned as to what was going to happen in the bible, the Revelation specifically.
Where could GOD send all of these people where they would be sustained with the basics of food, clothing, shelter while simultaneously be protected from the wrath that GOD will pour out upon the Earth during the tribulation period?
the answer is nowhere on Earth....which is why his people are raptured to heaven both the dead and specifically the living.
