Considering half marriages end in divorce and only 5% of marriages even have prenups, I'm not sure that they are a big cause of divorce. LOL!

A good prenup protects both parties, and both parties have an opportunity to read the agreement and have their lawyers sign off on it. I can't imagine anyone NOT wanting one unless they marry somebody with a lot of assets, when they don't have much, and then somehow think they are entitled to their spouses assets. And THAT makes them poor marriage material and the reason why prenups are even a thing.
