Be strong, you may need to protect someone, someone you may not even know or assist them. If you are weak you cannot help anyone not even yourself. So stand up and look a food as a healthy option that is a necessity for strength in physical and strength in thoughts. Would a warrior starve themselves and then fight to protect?  Thank You for the encouragement. I left out the fact that I am obese and it is momentarily a welcome condition, in some small way. I am getting up and getting things done, walking the dog farther. Perhaps the Universe/Intelligent Creation/GOD is granting me my wish of being a healthier human and shed some unneeded and unwanted extra fat all over my body. Maybe it's pre-ordained. Still, I wonder why I'm not eating. Good time to start the snake diet youtube it, you'll feel half your age. drink salt water while fasting and cure every ailment you have.
