The world is quite scary today. I haven't been eating correctly either, op. Perhaps more people are feeling the same way.

That saves a lot of time not eating all the time and money because we don’t need to buy a lot. I always do take supplements though since many times we can’t get enough from the foods that we have. And we need them because of additional stress we are under.
