Think about it, this is high stakes.
If something was going to go down regarding either Covid 19 or their foundation, this may be a cautionary move to prepare for the fallout.
I hope it's something like that. Could also be that Bill is getting on and needs someone a bit younger for his bedroom cyborg role plays.
