She is shyt out of luck.
I did the research earlier and on the CDC website.
You cannot sue the Drug company
You cannot sue your employer since they did not give you the shot.
You cannot sue the Vaccine Court ( setup for other vaccine cases,,,,BUT EXCLUDES COVID !!!!).
You take that shot, you better have real good health care.
They would have to pay me a few million to volunteer to be a test dummy.
