During a mental health visit, you'll be asked if you have any thoughts of harming.your self or others. You see, they're supposed to be concerned about that and rightly so. But yet people like Bill Gates are never asked these questions. Do you have thoughts of harming other people? Because let's face it, if he believes in eugenics then the answer to that question is an astounding 'yes' which by definition means he is exhibiting signs psychotic behaviour. Worse yet, he's now labelled as a doctor. So Bill, do you have thoughts to harm anyone else?, by rights you should be sectioned in which case.
