this is so funny.
at my sisters company they hired some new marketing person.
he (mind you, self hating white male) wanted to make their company woke and put quota's on new workers, like at least so many of color, or religion or female sex etc.

then he went to my sister to ask her why/how her departments scored highest in satisfaction.
she answered "i dont use a racist quota when i hire new people, i try to find people who will love their job and will fit in with the rest".

he pretty much felt like she was wrong even tho hes new and a guy preaching wokeness while shes been there for years, holds are way higher position than him, and already proved to be successful in her way of doing things.

these woke people are the dumbest mofo's ever.
