I was curious about this so I checked, and I'm not entirely sure coronavirus was in Israel during March of last year. There were a handful of deaths but it really didn't start in Israel until the second wave hit in winter.

Not all countries were affected at the exact same time. Looking at the statistics I don't think their deaths have increased since they got the vaccine, they're just comparing the deaths to before the virus was widespread in the country.

I see anti-vaxers don't understand math either. The population of Israel is about 9.3 million people. The Pfizer vaccines has an efficacy of about 95%. That means about 461,000+ people in Israel will not be protected.
