Who takes Quercetin here and what are your experiences?

Yes.

Usually 2 capsules of Quercetin Complex per day, with 50mg of zinc.

I haven't noticed anything in particular. I just hope it's boosting my immune system.

Has anyone taking Quercetin still got very sick or has anyone taking querectin been around others who got very sick but who they themselves did not?????

I take a supp called histamine shield. Quercetin, bromelain, nac and stinging nettles. I pretty much dont get sick anymore and if I do, I triple my dose and I'm out in three days with minimal symptoms. However, my family doesnt vaccinate anymore which has made the biggest difference to our lives.

Is that one product which you buy or do you put the combination together yourself?

I buy it all in one. I forgot it includes vitamin c also. It is on Amazon.

In addition to Q-Complex and zinc, I take plenty of other supplements.

I'm 67, and haven't been sick in years. I've never had the 'flu, and my last vaccination was back in the last century for a meningitis outbreak in Riyadh, KSA, when I was working there.

Also, I haven't seen a doctor for a medical concern in over 40 years. I suggest people stay away from them as far as is possible.
