Anonymous Coward User ID: 79611648 United States 05/05/2021 01:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Unreal the power some animals have. I saw a video about 10 years back on...theync dot com... It was in a middle east country, and a camel kicked a 3-5 year old with 1 back leg. The child flew 10 feet and died. Probably collapsed his whole chest. The power of those hindlegs are just crazy. It was the parents fault 1 was video taping it the other was standing safely off to the side as the child was hitting the camel with a stick. Plenty of darwin awards for all involved that day. When I was about 16 I was doing 30mph on my 4wheeler on the street, this dog darted out in front of me out of nowhere. I learned never to swirve that day. Anyway I hit him and the 4wheeler ended up on its side. The dog had a limp but ultimately survived. When I lifted the 4wheeler back up I noticed it shit and pissed all over the 4wheeler. I literally knocked the shit and piss out of it. Felt really bad about that one, my neighbor was very understanding as it should have been on its cable and I wasn't speeding. Not to mention I had serious road rash myself. |

I always wonder what happened to her As I just posted those hindlegs are no joke. Probably shattered a couple bones in her face. If this was a blm riot it probably worked out in her favor. Probably got the city to pay for an operation to make her look like a man. Crazy times we are living in |

A Mother horse has instinct just like any Mother, and I think she was protecting her child. That colt looks pretty young, so I think it was too early to mate her again! She would have stepped in as surrogate.. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80318429 It would of still be a hotdog/hallway situation. That long-stroke V8 has been bored, polished, balanced, and blueprinted and has over 10,000,000 miles on it. Anything short of a fire hydrant diameter would result in the pistons loosely banging against the cylinder walls. |

One of her young kids was right there and saw it happen, went and got the dad who worked from home. They called 911 but it was too late, she never had a chance. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79240330 Here's where it gets really f'd up. The state cops get involved, take the husband into custody, stuff & cuffed into the cruiser, while his 2 kids are crying their eyes out because their mother just got killed. They claim to be following dept policy because a very high percentage of times a spouse ends up dead, the prime suspect is the other spouse. They didn't care that that daughter told them she saw it happen and the horseshoe imprint was in the mother's forehead making it ridiculously obvious what happened. Anyway, several hours later they let the poor guy come home and take care of his young children. Ever since I heard this, I am even more careful around horses. The video reminded me of the incident. That almost happened to me when we had horses. We had just moved and had just unloaded the horsed and walked them around the pasture. It was feeding time and all they were interested is when are you going to feed us. As I removed the rope from one, it wheeled around and kicked at my head. I tried to block with my hand. The hoof broke off my watch and knocked off my glasses. but just grazed the top of my head. It happened so fast. A few inches lower and I would be dead. |

You'd be surprised how quick you can be in that situation. This is why we no longer have horses. We went to motorcycles. Much more predictable. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80293011 Makes sense. I wonder if this is more common as I thought this was a one in a million kind of lucky shot. At the race tracks some poor groom has to jerk off the horses if they have an erection that won't go away before they can race. Sounds like that would be a GREAT job for Keith Olberman! |

Sad yes beautiful horse and they are idiots number one for going for the foal heat, and number two for not securing the baby which is what upset her IMHO Mares deserve the year off to nurse the foal and raise it.
