Maybe, Wild Edibles. During the incredibly cruel Reconstruction Period the Union treated pretty much all of Texas as cruelly as they wanted. This is the entire reason why Texas had an armed farmer's rebellion during the Reconstruction Period. These armed farmers went straight for our State's Capital, Austin. They toppled the Union Puppet of a State Government with literal pitchforks and other poor people weapons. The farmers then destroyed our then State's Constitution. The farmers then wrote the single most FUBARed State Constitution in all of the Union. Our State's FUBARed Constitution is a major reason why Texas is by far the best State in the Union. This is also the very same reason why our State Government greatly struggles with even the most basic of functions as well.
