There are colleges that (so far at least) will not require vaccination to attend. That is one option. Otherwise, I suggest that she sit out a semester or two, get a job or learn a trade while waiting. Eventually, enough of the vaccinated will have so many complications, this latest phase of attempted control will blow up in their faces.
