People who crash diet/fast often overlook important negative side effects like 'bone loss' it's incredibly hard to reverse, if not impossible and without proper supplementation you're begging for severe issues.

Also, no fiber is dangerous and leads to bowel issues in almost all these attempts at fasting. There's a reason 'most' beautiful women has a tiny incision for appendix removal, these diets lead to appendicitis.

I cut out sugar and bread from my diet and lost 25 kilos or about 50 pounds.

It is very true though, that every one is different. You have to listen to your own body. That said, the dangers of sugar are well know.
