There are 5 people on the school board, and the vote was 4-1. Rescinding the mask mandate was on Monday and it looks like there isn't any resistance from any citizens all week long. I would imagine that the mask mandate is largely ignored throughout the village and county. Also looks like the news hasn't resulted in any comment from Governor DeWine. My Ohio needs more schools to do the same. |

But it has been nearly a week and I can't find any large opposition to this. The state teachers union thinks it is a bad idea but they haven't done anything at all to force them to change the local school board's decision. |

They had sudden spike in physicians and nurses developing Gillian-Barre so a lot of people who got the first jab are refusing the second. Yet, one of the cardiologists is becoming obsessed with it. He told my wife, "get the jab, or we're going to have to start firing people." I don't appreciate the threat. And it is a threat. They're creating a hostile work environment to protect a bunch of over 65 assholes who have limited time left anyway. |
